Thai Bamboo Bird Cage, 53cm x 54cm, or Light fitting. Large size.

These authentic Thai birdcages are handmade from bamboo.

They are actually used as birdcages in Thailand, and have opening doors.

They also have a hook on top for suspension. The hook is supplied screwed to the inside of the cage for transport, and is easily removed and screwed on the top if required.

They could also be adapted as very stylish and attractive light fittings – either as a table lamp or a hanging ceiling lamp, with the birdcage forming the lampshade.

Great interior design piece.
