These wooden puppets are hand made in Burma and are in traditional style, representing a little boy. Nude design. These are for hand held use – pulling the string causes the arms to flex. Probably intended for use as a children’s toy.
Each is entirely hand carved in traditional fashion, hand decorated with articulated joints and with a string loop hanger affixed at the back of the neck and linked to the arm movement
Please note: Individually hand carved puppets – each one is slightly different.
These puppets are approx. 26cm high, with a hanging length of around 42cm with the cord.
Please note: Small imperfections should be expected with this kind of puppet.
