Thai Rice seed box – Extra Large 48cm high – MRX12.
Dimensions approx 48cm high, 28cm wide and 28cm deep, but will vary due to hand made nature and slight design differences. The design is in the northern Lanna style – heavily influenced by Burma.
This lidded box is made from a lacquered circular bamboo frame, woven onto a square wooden base. Made using traditional Thai craft techniques.
Although called rice seed boxes, such boxes are used to store not only food products, but serve as general storage vessels.
A totally hand crafted product so some small imperfections should be expected.
