Cook your meat, fish or barbecued vegetables at the top part whilst placing a liquid stock in the surrounding moat to make a soup and cook in the hot liquid too. Uses charcoal. Perfect for shared dining. Aluminium. Great quality and just like many of you would have used whilst dining in South East Asia.

2 sizes available:

30cm Size Cooking Plate: 35cm long with handles. Approx. 15cm high.

40cm Size Cooking Plate: 48cm long with handles. Approx. 20cm high.

Caution: gets very hot – Can burn worktops so place on heat resistant surface if using indoors or perfect for outdoor cooking.
